With European Union (EU) summit’s, as expected union member country’s foreign presidents approved report have been excepted, EU- negotiations have started a cold waiving wind term in Turkey.

-         Must end the pressures on Kurdish language and culture, for Kurdish language and culture developing, in wide spreading conditions must be made.

-         The obstacles in the ways of forming Kurdish identity parties must be lifted up, for Kurds to formulate politic in there own identity the needed conditions must be prepared. 

-         To end the social tenseness must form a non-condition general exemption.

-         The ones who left their place and homeland with pressures of government must provide to make there returned and for their losses to be refunded.

-         Must end the pressures on the Kurdish language and culture, for Kurdish language and culture developing, in wide spreading conditions must be made.

-         Kurdish, from primary schools up until university, must be a usage in all areas of education.

-         The barriers in the ways of Radio and Television broad casting in Kurdish mast be lifted up, one of the government channel must be separated for Kurdish broadcasting.

-         The freedom of religion and conscience must full be provided; Alevi’s, yezidis and other minority religions believes freedoms to freely to be express conditions must be formed.
